Electrical installation condition reports, gas safety checks, fire alarm and CO detector testing, and structural observations — every item your insurer and letting agent will ask for.
If we spot something outside that list — a cracked lintel, a blocked vent, a suspect appliance — we flag it. The checklist is a floor, not a ceiling.
